Commercial and Resell Right for One-Shots

Basic Commercial Usage Rights - Lifetime

For commercial purposes, the One-Shot can primarily be used as part of a paid DM service, where it is utilized as an adventure module.
Of course, parts of the One-Shot can be highlighted and used for commercial purposes, but only in the sense of inspiration.
(These basic commercial usage rights are not tied to any additional conditions, as the One-Shot indirectly generates revenue for you.)

Digital Resell Rights and Mandatory Data

The One-Shot can only be sold (or gifted) digitally if the required information is included in the digital edition, and the mandatory information is also displayed in the product description or on the product page of the distributor’s site.

The mandatory information to be displayed is as follows:
-All Rights Reserved by Benjamin Weisz  (Written in text, at the same size or larger than the average font size in the document.)
-www.wrpgmaps.com (Written in text, at the same size or larger than the average font size in the document.)
-QR Code for My Website - A QR code leading to the website, which must occupy at least 1/16 of the page on which it appears, relative to the average page size of the publication. (For safety, it’s recommended to use a slightly larger size, but the primary concern is that it can be scanned by phone. For A4 size, this is 155x219.25 pixels at 300ppi. For the QR code, the occupied area matters, not the aspect ratio.)
-Sales Rights Owned By: [Your Name/Company Name]
-Publisher
-Printing press (Optional)

Translation Grants the following Rights

After translating the One-Shot, you gain a lifelong digital sales right for the One-Shot; however, you are obligated to display the required information in every case. Upon request, you are required to provide the version you translated to Benjámin Weisz and grant him full rights for commercial use in any way. Alternatively, if he acquires your translation by other means, such as purchase, he is also free to use it. Therefore, the product cannot be alienated from its owner, and in exchange for digital sales rights, Benjámin Weisz has a legitimate claim to use any translated versions for commercial purposes without further expenses.

Renew Digital Resell Right

First, within 365 days of purchasing the One-Shot, you must either gift 25 "copies" in a verifiable way or sell 10 "copies", also in a verifiable way. (I won’t ask for the verification, but make sure to store the documents properly.)

Following this, the Royalty Free Commercial Usage Right is extended by an additional 730 days. During this next 730-day period, you must gift at least 50 "copies" in a verifiable way or sell at least 20 "copies", again verifiably. This is the condition for each subsequent 730-day period, meaning a minimum release is required to retain the physical resale rights you've obtained.

The PHYSICAL RESELL RIGHT applies to the One-Shot purchased here. However, certain conditions must be met.

First, within 365 days of purchasing the One-Shot, you must either print 25 copies in a verifiable way or sell 10 copies, also in a verifiable way. (I won’t ask for the verification, but make sure to store the documents properly.)

This is the condition for each subsequent 730-day period, meaning a minimum release is required to retain the physical resale rights you've obtained.

If you run out of time and fail to meet the requirements for physical sales within the specified time intervals, you will no longer be allowed to publish, print, or sell physical copies of this One-Shot.

Additionally, the following conditions must also be met: You must modify the document with the elements available here. (To make things easier, each page of the One-Shot is also available as a separate .png file.)

What the physical copy must contain:

Additionally, the following must appear:
1. The name of the supporter associated with the physical publication rights.
2. The publisher’s name.
3. The printer’s name. (Optional but recommended.)

Possible ways to display this information: If the publication is presented as a standalone physical version, this information must appear on either the first two pages or the last two pages. (So, either on the front cover, first page, last page, or back cover.) If the One-Shot is part of an anthology, this information must appear on either the first two pages or the last two pages. (Front cover, first page, last page, or back cover.) OR You can display the required information on the page following the One-Shot or on its last page. The required information must appear together on one page as a single unit. (This means the information cannot be scattered across multiple pages in the printed copy.)
The text that must be displayed is required to be clearly separated from the background and must be easily readable.

Reasoning: The rights remain with you as long as you make use of them. I do not ask for royalties on any published copies, but it is mandatory that I appear as the creator and that my website is included in the publication. So, instead of royalties, I only ask for advertising space in the physical and digital copy.

I believe this is a fair agreement between the two of us, so whether you have a small business or a larger printing company, this will be beneficial for both of us.

Aside from the One-Shot itself, what else will we receive to make the physical release or translation process easier?
